01. How should I use the Essence Airball, and at which step in my skincare routine?
– How to Use : Essence Airballs are freeze-dried and contain no water, so they must be dissolved in a liquid skincare product before use. Place one Airball in your palm, then add your usual toner, essence, or serum to dissolve it before applying.
– When to Use : The ideal step is after toner, during the serum (essence) stage.
If your serum has low water content and a thick, sticky texture, the Airball may not dissolve well. In this case, we recommend dissolving it in toner.

02. Do I need to use the Essence Airball every day?
The frequency depends on your skin condition and age.
-Ages 20–early 30s (if skin is not dry): Every 3–4 days
-Late 30s and above (depending on skin needs): Every 1–2 days
03. What does the Essence Airball feel like on the skin?
Since the main ingredient is hyaluronic acid in a high concentration, you may feel slight stickiness at first. However, this disappears as the product absorbs into the skin.
If the initial stickiness feels heavy, try using it with Think Bio’s 2X Serum Series, designed to pair with Essence Airballs.

04. Should I always finish with cream after using the Essence Airball?
Yes, it is recommended. Hyaluronic acid can attract up to 1,000 times its weight in water. Applying a moisturizing or nourishing cream after the Essence Airball helps lock in hydration and maximizes the benefits by delivering any remaining active ingredients deeper into the skin.
05. How long can I use the Essence Airball (30EA) after opening?
Each pack contains a desiccant for safety. However, once the seal is broken, we recommend using within 3 months. Store in a dry place, away from moisture.
06. Why does pilling occur after using the Essence Airball?
Pilling may occur if the amount of liquid used is insufficient. Since it is a highly concentrated product, you must dissolve one Airball in at least 1.5ml of liquid (about two full droppers) before applying.
07. Can I mix the Essence Airball directly into my serum bottle?
Yes, but the effect may be reduced if mixed into a large volume or with a serum that does not dissolve well. For best results, dissolve one Airball separately with the amount you plan to use at one time.
*For customers who prefer mixing the Airball directly into the serum bottle rather than dissolving it in the palm, Think Bio offers the Airball Serum (15ml) series.
08. Is the Airball Serum (15ml) a single-use product?
No. The 15ml Airball Serum is a high-performance serum. With one dropper dispensing about 1–1.5ml, each bottle lasts 7–10 days, depending on usage.
09. Can I buy Think Bio products and resell them online?
In countries where Think Bio has exclusive distribution contracts, product supply is restricted to protect the distributor’s rights. Even in non-exclusive countries, resale on global platforms such as Amazon is prohibited to protect exclusivity.
10. Can aesthetic-only products be sold online?
No. Aesthetic-only products are designed for offline aesthetic shops. They may be sold through a shop’s own online mall but not on general online marketplaces. This policy protects the rights of global aesthetic shop owners.
11. Can drugstore (road shop) and online-exclusive products be sold online?
Yes, if your country is not under an exclusive contract. Sales are allowed on domestic online platforms, but not on global marketplaces.
12. I run a small aesthetic shop. Can I place a small order?
